Packages are shipped via USPS! Once your order is dropped off and you receive a pre-shipment notification, kindly allow some time for USPS to scan and process your package, as shipping volumes are substantial nationwide. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, which means it has been scanned into the USPS system, we cannot take responsibility for undeliverable, lost, stolen, or weather-damaged packages, or those not picked up. Please note that the post office will not leave packages at undeliverable locations, so ensure that you are able to receive packages at your provided location. We will not be responsible for reimbursement or remailing of packages that are lost, stolen, wrongly addressed, or undeliverable.
When your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package. We entrust USPS with the delivery process and do not handle the delivery ourselves.
