Refunds & returns are done on an individual basis. Each customer has a 30 day window, with options for full refunds, partial refunds or store credit depending on the circumstance. Items are required to be in their original condition in the case of returns. Broken or defective items may be refunded after we correspond with USPS.
To ensure a smooth return process, item(s) must be in original condition, original packaging & reciept must be provided.
Depending on the situation, shipping costs may or may not be refunded.
Items that are not eligible for return include: Personalized/Customized items, broken items (due to shipping), Final Sale Items, Personal care items/Accessories, Digital Downloads, and specific discounted items which are nonreturnable and non-refundable
